- Student Advising & Career Guidance: Conduct online counselling sessions to understand a student's educational background, interests, and career aspirations. You recommend our course that align with their goals.
- Lead Conversion: Engage with inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, or what's app to convert enquiries into paid enrolments.
- Enrollment Support: Assist students through the entire application and documentation process, explaining fee structures and eligibility criteria.
- Relationship Management: Build trust with both students and parents to support their decision-making process. You often maintain long-term follow-ups through CRM systems.
- Market Feedback: Collaborate with marketing and training teams to provide feedback on student interests and current market demands.
