Project Implementer
Salary - 18k ctc to 20k ctc
Role Summary
We are looking for a Project Implementer to help customers successfully use our software solutions. This role combines technology, problem-solving, customer interaction, and business processes, making it ideal for candidates from both Commerce and IT backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Test software features and customizations before deployment.
- Identify issues and coordinate with developers for resolution.
- Implement and configure software solutions for customers.
- Train users and provide post-implementation support.
- Assist customers with queries and ensure smooth system usage.
- Maintain project updates, documentation, and reports.
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project completion.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Interest in technology, business processes, and customer interaction.
- Willingness to learn Tally, ERP software, and new technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Com, BMS, BSc IT, BCA, BE/BTech, or equivalent.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Skills That Will Be an Added Advantage
- For Commerce Candidates: Basic knowledge of Accounting, GST, Inventory, Tally, or Business Processes.
- For IT Candidates: Basic knowledge of SQL, Databases, APIs, Excel, Software Testing, or System Integrations.
