About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with experience in the Stainless Steel Fittings and Flanges industry. The candidate should have strong knowledge of industrial sales, customer relationship management, and business development in sectors such as EPC, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Pharma, Water Treatment, Food Processing, and Power.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and generate sales for Stainless Steel Fittings and Flanges.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing customers.
- Visit customers regularly and identify new project opportunities.
- Handle enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close orders.
- Coordinate with production, planning, and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Follow up on payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
- Participate in exhibitions, customer meetings, and technical discussions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the sales of Stainless Steel Pipe Fittings and Flanges.
- Good understanding of ASTM, ASME, ANSI, DIN, and industrial piping products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer network in industrial markets will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel across India.

Salary
Competitive salary with attractive incentives based on experience and performance.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
