Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will collaborate with experienced developers to build, maintain, and enhance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. You will contribute to both front-end and back-end development, gain hands-on experience with scalable and high-performance applications, and grow your full-stack development skills in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in developing front-end user interfaces using React.js, including building responsive, dynamic web pages and integrating REST APIs.
· Work on the back-end using Node.js and Express.js to create server-side applications, handle routing, and manage databases.
· Work with MongoDB to design and manage NoSQL databases, write queries, and optimize data storage.
· Collaborate with the team to design and implement clean, maintainable, and scalable code across both the front-end and back-end.
· Work closely with senior developers to understand project requirements and technical designs.
· Participate in code reviews and pair programming to ensure high-quality code.
· Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure a smooth integration between design and functionality.
· Assist in debugging and resolving issues across the stack to ensure smooth application performance.
· Stay updated on the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies, and share insights with the team.
· Contribute to improving development workflows, tools, and processes.
· Document code, project structure, and API endpoints to maintain clear and comprehensive developer documentation.
Required Skills:
· Good understanding of React.js and its core concepts like hooks, states, props, and component lifecycle.
· Basic knowledge of Node.js and Express.js for building RESTful APIs and handling server-side logic.
· Familiarity with MongoDB, and ability to write basic queries and CRUD operations.
· Familiarity with Git for version control and collaboration.
· Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React JS and their integration with the front-end.
· Basic knowledge of RESTful API concepts and web services.
· Exposure to JWT (JSON Web Tokens) for authentication is a plus.
