Your Role
You won't just manage Instagram.
You'll help shape how millions of women discover and experience the brand.
You'll work closely with our Founder and Creative Team to bring ideas to life through engaging, authentic content.
What You'll Be DoingContent Creation
- Shoot and edit high-quality Reels, Stories, and short-form videos.
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments from the office, photoshoots, production, warehouse, and events.
- Create engaging lifestyle, fashion, and trend-based content.
- Produce founder-led videos and authentic storytelling content.
- Stay updated with trending audio, formats, and viral content ideas.
Storytelling & Creative Thinking
- Brainstorm fresh campaign concepts and content series.
- Turn everyday moments into engaging stories.
- Create content that educates, entertains, inspires, and converts.
- Develop unique hooks that make people stop scrolling.
- Bring creativity to every product launch and collection.
Social Media Management
- Plan and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and other platforms.
- Write engaging captions aligned with the brand voice.
- Engage with our community through comments, DMs, and interactive content.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on insights.
Brand Building
- Help build a consistent visual identity across all digital platforms.
- Ensure every piece of content reflects Label Ishnya's premium positioning.
- Collaborate with photographers, models, influencers, and the marketing team.
- Assist in campaign planning, product launches, exhibitions, pop-ups, and brand events.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Loves fashion and understands social media beyond trends.
- Thinks creatively and isn't afraid to experiment with new ideas.
- Has strong storytelling skills and understands what keeps audiences engaged.
- Is comfortable shooting content on a phone as well as a camera.
- Has experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Can work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Pays attention to detail and takes ownership of their work.
- Enjoys learning, growing, and building something meaningful.
Bonus If You Have Experience With
- Instagram growth strategies
- Meta Business Suite
- Canva
- AI tools like ChatGPT, Higgsfield, Midjourney, Kling, or similar creative platforms
- Fashion photography or styling
- Influencer collaborations
