About the Role
We are hiring an International Recruitment Specialist who will be responsible for identifying, contacting, screening, and coordinating candidates for automotive positions across Canada and the USA.
This is not a traditional back-office HR role. The position involves significant candidate calling, communication, follow-ups, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment target achievement.
The ideal candidate should be highly confident speaking in English, comfortable making outbound calls, and able to build rapport with candidates over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Indeed, job portals, LinkedIn, social media, databases, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Search for candidates based on specific job requirements for Canadian and USA-based employers.
- Review resumes and identify candidates who match the position requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls with candidates.
- Explain job opportunities, responsibilities, locations, pay rates, schedules, and hiring requirements to candidates.
- Assess candidates based on experience, skills, availability, work authorization, salary expectations, and job requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and international clients.
- Confirm candidate availability and interview attendance.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Update candidate records and recruitment databases accurately.
- Post and manage job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Track recruitment activities, interviews, submissions, and hiring progress.
- Work closely with the recruitment team and management to achieve hiring targets.
- Meet daily and weekly sourcing, calling, screening, and interview targets.
- Provide timely updates regarding candidate progress and recruitment status.
