Title: OSP / Telecom Design Engineer
Required Skills
Technical Expertise
● Proficiency in AutoCAD and fiber optic design software
● Strong understanding of OSP fiber network architecture
● Knowledge of FTTX deployment methodologies (FTTH, FTTB, FTTC)
● Experience with GIS systems and land base file management
● Familiarity with utility coordination and SNET verification
Design Capabilities
● Ability to design scalable fiber distribution networks
● Experience with civil infrastructure planning (conduits, structures, manholes)
● Understanding of splice planning and fiber count provisioning
● Knowledge of aerial and underground construction methods
● Proficiency in creating BOMs and material specifications
Documentation & Software
● Advanced AutoCAD skills (DWG file creation and management)
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for technical calculations
● Ability to produce professional PDF documentation
● Experience with ortho imagery integration
● Strong attention to detail in technical documentation
Coordination & Communication
● Ability to work with field teams and incorporate feedback
● Experience coordinating with clients for approvals
● Understanding of city standards and permitting requirements
● Capability to manage multiple FSA projects simultaneously
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
