Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Telecaller to manage patient interactions and schedule doctor appointments. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients with appointment bookings, maintaining records, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to doctor appointments.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
- Provide accurate information regarding doctors, clinic timings, and services.
- Follow up with patients for appointment reminders and feedback.
- Maintain and update patient records in the system.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to manage appointment schedules efficiently.
- Address patient queries and escalate concerns when required.
- Ensure a professional and courteous experience for all patients.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or Appointment Coordinator.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and maintain accurate records.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in healthcare, clinics, hospitals, or diagnostic centers will be preferred.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Stream).
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
