Pizza Hut is looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead restaurant operations, drive sales, manage profitability, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while ensuring compliance with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations and team performance.
- Drive sales, profitability, and achieve business targets.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop restaurant staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service, food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Control food cost, labour cost, inventory, and cash handling.
- Maintain compliance with company SOPs and statutory requirements.
Eligibility:
- Graduate (Hotel Management preferred).
- 4–8 years of experience in QSR, restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Salary: As per industry standards + performance-based incentives.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
