About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads to achieve maximum ROI
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign allocations effectively
- Generate leads and drive conversions through well-structured ad campaigns
- Analyze campaign data and prepare detailed performance reports
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages
- Coordinate with design and content teams for high-quality ad creatives
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and updates in digital advertising
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2 -3 years of experience in paid advertising (freshers with relevant certifications are welcome)
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
