To be a sales consultant to the customer.
Describing a product's features & demonstrate use and operation of the product.
Handling customer queries regarding the store and the merchandise.
Providing information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise and delivery options.
Maintain sales reports to keep a track of the progress.
Required Skills
A great understanding and a strong interest in the retail/eCommerce sector, brand awareness and retail trends
Excellent communication, creative and interpersonal skills
Ability to build, manage and mentor teams
A customer centric, creative and analytical problem-solving mindset

Based on experience
Work Timings: 9.00 A.M - 6.30 P.M
