We are looking for client-focused and analytical professionals to join the Client Services team as Client Consultants.
In this role, you will work closely with global clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide consulting, operational support, issue resolution, and client relationship management across Confluence products and services.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and a consultative approach to managing client requirements and delivering high-quality service experiences.
You will:

Act as a primary point of contact for clients and manage day-to-day client engagement activities.
- Understand client requirements and provide consulting support aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational, reporting, and product-related queries.
- Support client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing service delivery activities.
- Manage escalations, issue tracking, and timely resolution of client concerns.
- Prepare operational reports, client updates, dashboards, and service documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to ensure seamless client experience and delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced customer satisfaction.
You should have experience with:
- Client servicing and stakeholder management
- Financial services or investment management operations
- Analytical problem-solving and issue resolution
- Reporting, documentation, and operational coordination
- Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
