Job Summary:
Doctors For You is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Field Coordinator to support its Skill Development and Livelihood Program. The candidate will be responsible for community mobilization, beneficiary engagement, skill training coordination, employer liaison, and placement support. The role requires excellent communication, field coordination, and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct community mobilization activities for housekeeping and livelihood skill development programs.
- Identify and mobilize eligible beneficiaries for training programs.
- Coordinate and facilitate skill training activities.
- Support candidates in job readiness and placement processes.
- Liaise with employers and placement agencies for employment opportunities.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with placement partners and other stakeholders.
- Follow up with beneficiaries regarding training completion and job placements.
- Maintain beneficiary records, MIS, reports, and program documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of livelihood activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Requirements:
- 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal and community engagement skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai for field activities.
