Salim Associates Builders and Developers Pvt. Ltd., Thrissur is hiring a Planning Engineer for an apartment project in Viyyur, Thrissur . Planning Engineer in construction project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordination. The candidate should have expertise in project scheduling tools, resource planning, progress tracking, and reporting for civil construction projects.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in civil engineering / construction management from a recognized university

- Microsoft Excel

- Cost Control & Progress Monitoring Software
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Area of Experience: Project Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, Coordination
- Years of Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in planning functions Industry: Real Estate / Construction / High Rise Building
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the development of detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6
- Coordinate with design, execution, procurement, and other departments to gather project requirements and timelines
- Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule and highlight variances
- Prepare project reports, look-ahead schedules, and update stakeholders on progress
- Assist in resource planning and cost control analysis
- Ensure adherence to internal SOPs, project milestones, and contractual deliverables
- Participate in weekly/monthly review meetings and prepare MIS reports
- Identify delays, bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions to keep the project on track
- Maintain documentation and records for planning, correspondence, and approvals
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
