You will assist in designing, testing, and refining the prompts that drive complex LLM behaviors. Key Responsibilities
- Prompt Design & Optimization: Assist in crafting, refining, and iterating on prompts to elicit specific, high-quality responses from foundational LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, Llama).
- System Integration Support: Work alongside senior AI engineers to learn how to integrate optimized prompts into broader LLM orchestration workflows and Agentic RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Evaluation & Testing: Help conduct rigorous A/B testing and use evaluation frameworks to measure prompt effectiveness, accuracy, and response times.
- Workflow Automation: Collaborate with AI Solutions Engineers to understand and support automated pipelines where AI agents solve multi-step problems.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Review AI outputs to spot "hallucinations," identify edge cases, and ensure responses align with safety and ethical guidelines.
- Documentation: Help build and maintain a comprehensive internal library of prompt templates and version control histories.
Qualifications
- Education: Recent graduate (B.Tech/B.E, B.Sc, BCA, or similar) in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: A strong foundational understanding of (or eager willingness to learn) LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex and Agentic RAG architectures.
- Programming: Basic proficiency in Python scripting and familiarity with standard data structures (JSON, XML) to interface with APIs.
- Analytical Mindset: Deeply logical and detail-oriented. You enjoy troubleshooting, reverse-engineering problems, and figuring out why an AI model gave a specific answer.
- Communication: Excellent written communication skills, with a nuanced understanding of linguistics, context, and tone.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
