- Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end hiring including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer letter generation.Onboarding & Offboarding: Conduct employee inductions, manage joining formalities, maintain employee records, and facilitate exit interviews.Payroll & Compliance: Process monthly payroll inputs, track attendance/leaves, and ensure organizational adherence to regional labor laws and statutory compliance.Employee Relations: Address staff grievances, mediate workplace conflicts, and help drive employee engagement initiatives.Performance Management: Assist managers with annual/quarterly performance review procedures and goal-setting.Essential RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Officer, or in a similar generalist/specialist HR role.Skills: Strong working knowledge of local labor legislation, proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Excel, and exceptional
