Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Analyst to support our general ledger process and financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial analysis and be able to work independently while contributing to team objectives. The person will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, performing detailed financial analysis, and supporting month-end close processes.
What this job involves:
Support day-to-day general ledger activities and ensure completion of assigned accounting tasks
Prepare and analyze general ledger entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and company policies
Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate variances to resolution
Maintain and analyze prepaid schedules, ensuring accurate recording and amortization of prepaid expenses
Conduct detailed variance analysis on expense and revenue accounts to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper and timely recording of accruals and expenses
Ensure compliance with Firm's financial policies, procedures, and SOX requirements
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including preparation of financial schedules and analysis
Contribute to finance process improvement initiatives for enhanced efficiency
Participate in ad-hoc projects and analysis as required

Degree in Accounting (B.Com, M.Com & MBA) or relevant professional accountancy qualification
2-4 years of working experience, preferably with regional MNC exposure and/or Big 4 audit experience
Advanced Excel skills and financial analysis capabilities
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills across all management levels
High attention to detail and accuracy, with integrity and commitment to confidentiality
Flexibility to work across APAC, EMEA & AMER time zones based on business needs
Independent worker with strong team collaboration skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
US GAAP experience preferred
