Position Overview We are looking for a passionate and experienced Business Development Manager who can lead a high-performing team, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth. If you have an interest in Astrology and Spirituality, along with excellent leadership and communication skills, we’d love to have you on board.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the Business Development team. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable astrology consultations and spiritual products. Explain the benefits and significance of Rudraksha, Gemstones, and other Vedic solutions. Achieve business growth and revenue targets. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training. Identify new business opportunities and implement growth strategies
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Relationship Management, or Team Leadership. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Genuine interest in Astrology, Spirituality, and Holistic Wellness. Basic knowledge of astrology is preferred. Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships. Target-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. Educational Qualification ● ● MBA/PGDM or Master’s Degree in Management preferred. Candidates with a B.E./B.Tech or B.Sc. followed by a Management degree will be preferred
