Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telesales Executive to manage IndiaMART inquiries and digital leads for our Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Food Processing Machines. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products, generating quotations, scheduling follow-ups, and converting inquiries into confirmed orders.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management
- Handle all IndiaMART, website, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and Google inquiries.
- Contact new leads within 5–15 minutes of receiving an inquiry.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, business type, and budget.
- Update customer details and inquiry status in CRM or Excel.
Sales Activities
- Explain company products and recommend suitable machines based on customer needs.
- Share product catalogs, brochures, videos, technical specifications, and quotations.
- Generate and follow up on quotations until order confirmation.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
- Negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
Customer Consultation
Understand customer requirements for:
- Commercial Kitchen Projects
- Restaurant & Hotel Kitchen Equipment
- Cloud Kitchen Setup
- Bakery Equipment
- Food Processing Machines
- Vegetable Cutting Machines
- Pulverizers
- Gravy Machines
- Ribbon Blenders
- Dough Kneaders
- Chapati Making Machines
- Idli & Dosa Batter Machines
- Masala Processing Machines
- Customized Stainless Steel Fabrication
Coordination
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager regarding high-value inquiries.
- Work closely with the Design, Production, and Dispatch teams for order execution.
- Follow up with customers regarding advance payments and delivery schedules.
Documentation
- Maintain daily call reports.
- Update inquiry status regularly.
- Record follow-up dates and customer feedback.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
