Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end execution of rooftop and ground-mounted solar EPC projects from planning to commissioning.
· Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, procurement, and site execution activities.
· Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
· Monitor project progress, quality standards, safety compliance, and risk management.
· Review engineering designs, BOQs, technical specifications, and project documentation.
· Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, DISCOM requirements, and industry standards.
· Resolve technical and operational challenges during project execution.
· Conduct regular project reviews and provide progress reports to management.
· Lead and mentor project engineers, site supervisors, and execution teams.
· Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
