Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver IT and Digital Marketing projects efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on project management experience, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams while ensuring timely and quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of IT and Digital Marketing projects including websites, applications, SEO, PPC, social media, and other digital initiatives.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in coordination with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead, mentor, and manage project teams including developers, designers, digital marketers, and content teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and management.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure quality standards, compliance, and best practices are followed across all projects.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide reports to senior management.
- Handle client communication, requirement gathering, change requests, and expectation management.
- Ensure smooth coordination between IT and Digital Marketing teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6– 9 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT and Digital Marketing domains.
- Proven experience in handling multiple projects and managing teams.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and digital marketing processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or similar).
- Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
- Strong client-handling and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- PMP / Agile / Scrum certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience working in a digital agency environment.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
