Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor sales staff to improve performance.
- Strategy Development: Create and implement sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Performance Monitoring: Set and manage sales targets, quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, utilizing CRM tools.
- Reporting & Analysis: Analyze market trends and sales data to report to senior management.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with key clients and negotiate contracts.
- Prior experience in interior design sales or related field.
- 7-8 years of proven sales experience in interior design, fit-out, or construction industry.
- candidate should from B. tech. / MBA

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
