Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and responsible Field Representative (FR) to support our vehicle operations and rider management activities in the Madhurawada area of Visakhapatnam.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle rider onboarding and verification.
- Coordinate vehicle deployment and handover activities.
- Conduct field visits and rider follow-ups.
- Maintain vehicle records and deployment reports.
- Assist riders with operational issues and documentation.
- Track vehicle returns and update status reports.
- Coordinate with the service team for maintenance requirements.
- Ensure proper vehicle usage and compliance with company policies.
- Submit daily field activity reports to management.
- Support local operational requirements as assigned. Field representatives are typically expected to maintain customer/rider relationships, conduct field visits, and provide timely reporting and issue resolution.
