We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer with 1+ year of experience in hardware troubleshooting to join our team in Bangalore (Brook field/Electronic city).
What You’ll Do- Diagnose and resolve hardware (Laptops,Desktops,Printers) and network issues- Provide Level 1 Hardware support- Install and configure operating systems- Support users via call, Email or chat- Communicate effectively in Hindi and English
What We’re Looking For- 1–3 years of experience in Technical Support- Strong in hardware troubleshooting- Knowledge of Laptop, Desktop, LAN/WAN, printers, remote tools- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
