The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Facilitator for Business, Accounting & Commerce to deliver the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum with depth and real-world relevance.
This role goes beyond classroom teaching—you will shape future entrepreneurs, financial thinkers, and responsible global citizens through concept-driven, application-based learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and conceptually strong lessons in IGCSE Business Studies, Accounting, and Commerce-related subjects
- Develop students’ analytical, financial, and decision-making skills
- Integrate real-world case studies, business simulations, and practical applications
- Prepare students for IGCSE board examinations with structured strategies and performance tracking
- Design high-quality assessments aligned with Cambridge standards
- Mentor students for business competitions, projects, and entrepreneurial initiatives
- Collaborate with academic teams for interdisciplinary and project-based learning
- Maintain detailed academic records and provide data-driven feedback
- Contribute to curriculum enhancement and academic planning

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience teaching IGCSE or equivalent curriculum
- Proven track record of handling board examination batches
- Strong command of financial concepts, business frameworks, and case-based teaching
