- 1–3 years of experience in MIS reporting, preferably in banking, NBFC, or credit card collections.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards).
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or other reporting tools is an advantage.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage large datasets.
