We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and execution-focused social media executive to strengthen PanScience Innovation's digital presence. If you're passionate about content creation, social media trends, startup culture, and AI innovation, we'd love to hear from you.
You will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, increasing brand visibility, and building an active online community around PSI and its ventures like Indika AI.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other social media platforms.
2. Write compelling captions, social media copies, and campaign content aligned with the company's brand voice.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to create content around startups, product launches, events, achievements, and company updates.
4. Design high-quality creatives using Canva or similar design tools.
5. Create and edit short-form videos, reels, and other engaging visual content.
6. Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
7. Track social media performance, analyze insights, and prepare periodic reports.
8. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, AI industry developments, and competitor activities.
9. Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns through social media.
10. Suggest innovative campaign ideas to improve brand awareness and audience engagement.

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other social media platforms
3. Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
4. Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, or Adobe Premiere Pro
5. Creativity with an eye for design and storytelling
6. Good organizational and time management skills
7. Interest in AI, technology, startups, and innovation
8. 0–1 year of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content creation
9. Internship experience in social media or digital marketing (preferred)
10. Experience managing LinkedIn company pages
11. Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing
12. Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar productivity tools
13. Knowledge of social media scheduling and analytics tools

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year
