- Minimum 2+ years of experience as Admission Counselor / Academic Counselor / Career Counselor / EdTech Counselor
- Excellent English, Hindi and Marathi communication skills
- Strong experience in student counseling, admissions, lead conversion, and fee collection
- Experience handling outbound calls and converting inquiries into enrollments
- Comfortable working on weekends
- Graduation mandatory (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc., BCA, MBA, or equivalent)
- Candidates from Byju's, Unacademy, Physics Wallah, Vedantu, UpGrad, NIIT, Career Launcher, CollegeDekho, etc. will be preferred
- Strong sales aptitude with proven admission/enrollment target achievements
- Immediate joiners or candidates with shorter notice periods preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
