We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead our sales operations in the Delhi region. - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base within the Delhi territory.
- Manage, motivate, and mentor a team of sales executives, providing regular training, performance feedback, and support to ensure individual and team success.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
