Location: Coimbatore / Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 3+ Years
Certification: AAPC or AHIMA Certification (Mandatory)
Required Skill Set
- E&M Primary Care Coding
- Lab/Path Coding
- Medical Coding Audit Experience
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT & HCPCS
- Good understanding of Coding Compliance Guidelines
Job Responsibilities
- Review and audit medical coding for accuracy and compliance.
- Retrieve and review medical documentation from client EMR systems.
- Verify completeness of clinical documentation.
- Ensure coding accuracy as per industry standards and compliance guidelines.
- Identify coding errors and provide feedback for quality improvement.
- Maintain productivity and quality targets while meeting client SLAs.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Medical Coding Audit.
- Hands-on experience in E&M Primary Care and Lab/Path coding.
- AAPC or AHIMA Certification is mandatory.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
