We are looking for dynamic and target-driven sales officers with experience in Secured Business Loans (SBL), Loan Against Property (LAP), or Micro LAP to join our growing team across multiple locations in Tamil Nadu.
Key Responsibilities
Source Secured Business Loan (SBL) / Micro LAP customers through direct sourcing, field visits, market mapping, references, DSAs, and connectors.
Generate quality leads from self-employed professionals, traders, business owners, and local market networks.
Build relationships with property brokers, chartered accountants, referral partners, and business communities.
Guide customers through documentation, property evaluation, loan processing, sanction, and disbursement.
Achieve monthly sourcing and disbursement targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
A minimum of 1 year of experience in:
- Secured Business Loans (SBL)
- Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Micro LAP
- Mortgage Loans
Banking, NBFC, housing finance, or financial services background is preferred.
Strong field sales and customer acquisition experience.
Age: 25 – 32 Years
CIBIL Score: 650 and above
Preferred Candidate
Experience in Direct Sourcing
Experience working with DSAs and Connectors
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Local market knowledge of the assigned location
