Duties and Responsibilities of a Medical Aesthetician/ Aesthetic Nurse
JD For Therapist / Nurse
· Deliver treatment services in a safe and comfortable manner
· Maintain equipment and sample inventory of products
· Cross-sell products and additional treatments, when appropriate
· Ensure all areas are clean and equipment is sterilized before use
· Keep a clean and stocked room
· Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations
· Suggest and promote retail products or additional services
· Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations
· Cooperate with and report to administration on any arising issues
· Work Closely with Clinic team
· Collect feedback from clients
· Understand client’s requirement during procedures & adjust techniques to make the client feel good.
· Follow Up calls to customers
· Maintain client’s confidential information about procedures & personal details
· Follow, Interact & Engage on brands Social media profiles. Build brand image & value by engaging on social media platforms. Familiarize the brand to clients/audience through social media, increase popularity, enquiries & leads.
· Participate in brand reputation management. Generate reviews (Google, Mouth shut, Social Media, Practo etc.) written & video testimonials from clients thereby develop stronger loyalty and facilitate incremental registrations and better opportunities.
· Promote & participate in events.
Clinics with OT
· Should make sure all the products listed are there in stock for OT and should organize them per case one day prior to surgery.
· Should inform manager if stock is not there for the next 4 cases.
· Monitor cleaning of OT room day before procedure.
· Fumigation of OT room day before procedure.
· Autoclave - Gauze, sheets, kidney trays, instruments, petri dishes day before surgery
· Monitor waste segregation and cleaning of OT room post procedure.
· Cleaning of instruments with Dettol and scrub / tooth brush post-surgery
· Cleaning of machine with spirit.
· Restrict self and others to OT room after fumigation without OT slippers, mask and head cap.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
