- Supervise and coordinate fabrication activities at the site.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Oversee ARC welding and fabrication job work.
- Monitor daily progress and prepare site reports for management.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and clients to resolve technical/site issues.
- Conduct inspections of fabricated structures and enforce safety protocols.
- Manage manpower allocation, tools, and consumables to ensure optimal utilization.
- Support planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for fabrication works.
- Ensure timely completion of fabrication jobs and submission of billing documentation.
Qualification: BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 7–8 years
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
