Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and relationship-focused Dealer Network Manager to expand and manage our network of Channel Partners, Property Consultants, Brokers, and Real Estate Dealers across South Delhi and Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dealer acquisition, partner engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth through channel sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and develop new Channel Partners and Real Estate Dealers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing broker and dealer networks.
- Conduct project presentations, CP meets, and partner engagement activities.
- Generate qualified leads and site visits through channel partners.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth deal closures.
- Achieve monthly dealer acquisition and sales targets.
- Track dealer performance and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.
- Organize networking events, roadshows, and promotional campaigns to strengthen partner relationships.
- Maintain accurate records and MIS reports of dealer activities.
Candidate Profile
- 2–6 years of experience in Channel Sales, Dealer Network Development, or Real Estate Sales.
- Strong network of Property Dealers, Brokers, and Channel Partners in South Delhi and Gurgaon.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
