Job Description: Social Media Executive / Handler

Role Summary
The Social Media Executive is responsible for managing and executing the organization’s social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and handle official social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
· Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, creatives, captions).
· Monitor daily social media activity, comments, messages, and respond professionally.
· Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers) and prepare periodic reports.
· Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
· Manage paid promotions and boost posts when required (basic knowledge).
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
· Strong written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
· Basic knowledge of social media tools, analytics, and scheduling platforms.
· Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools.
Understanding of branding, digital marketing, and audience engagement.
