Key Responsibilities
- Process Mapping: Analyze current workflows across vending machine operations, supply chain, packaging, and franchise models.
- SOP Development: Draft clear, step-by-step SOPs for procurement, machine installation, maintenance, customer service, and event overlays.
- Compliance Benchmarking: Align SOPs with food safety standards, GST/import duty regulations, and international franchise requirements.
- Training & Implementation: Conduct workshops and create training modules for staff, franchise partners, and suppliers.
- Continuous Improvement: Audit SOPs regularly, refine based on feedback, and integrate best practices from global QSR benchmarks.
- Cross-Business Support: Extend SOP frameworks to dermatology clinics, event overlays, and other ventures under your portfolio.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
