We are looking for a Sales & Support Executive to handle customer support, lead follow-ups, and basic sales coordination at Version Systems Pvt Ltd.
- Handle customer queries related to products
- Assist customers in understanding product features
- Follow up with incoming leads and trial users
- Coordinate product demos to support the sales process
- Maintain records of customer interactions and outcomes
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Work closely with product and support teams
- Ensure smooth communication between sales and support
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Master’s degree in business administration
- Familiarity with customer support or sales roles
- Basic understanding of SaaS product features
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Confident speaking with customers on calls
- Basic knowledge of SaaS products and services
- Proficient in using MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong follow-up management and record-keeping
