Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Incentives + Performance Bonus

Job Overview:
Pariinfra Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in HVAC project sales and industrial/infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for business development, client handling, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in HVAC projects and products
- Manage complete project sales cycle (lead generation to closure)
- Build relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and architects
- Prepare tenders, proposals, and techno-commercial documents
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, estimation, execution)
- Track market trends and competitor activities
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Digital & Marketing Responsibilities:
- Generate leads via LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and other platforms
- Manage online presence and promote company services
- Support digital marketing campaigns and content creation
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in B2B project sales
- Knowledge of HVAC products (Ducting, AHU, Air Washer, Grilles & Diffusers)
- Understanding of tendering and BOQ analysis
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Experience in lead generation and digital platforms
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing
- MBA (Marketing) preferred
