You will lead the engineering team responsible for evolving our COBRA platform — a system that handles complex eligibility rules, time-sensitive workflows, and regulatory triggers. This role blends hands-on engineering, architectural ownership, and team leadership.
Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions
Own and drive technical architecture, solution design, and system scalability
Define and enforce best practices across .NET, Angular, Azure, and SQL development
Actively contribute to hands-on development (backend, frontend, APIs)
Design and build REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based applications
Conduct code reviews, ensure coding standards, and maintain quality benchmarks
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide scalable solutions
Plan, estimate, and manage project timelines, sprints, and deliverables
Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support career growth
Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure smooth delivery
Drive Agile/Scrum practices, SDLC processes, and CI/CD implementation
Maintain documentation for architecture, systems, and workflows
Continuously improve processes, tools, and team efficiency
Strong experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET, C#
Hands-on experience with Angular.
Solid knowledge of SQL Server (database design, optimization, queries)
Experience working with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, Azure DevOps)
Expertise in REST APIs, Microservices architecture, and distributed systems
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices
Understanding of performance optimization, scalability, and security best practices
Strong experience in technical architecture and system design
Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance hands-on coding and leadership responsibilities
