We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Office Associate to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, provide excellent customer service, and support daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and basic record keeping
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office area
- Process basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments to address inquiries and requests
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Follow company policies and confidentiality guidelines
