Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with leads
- Understand student requirements and career goals
- Explain course offerings, curriculum, and career opportunities
- Guide students on the right learning path based on their background
- Follow up with interested candidates and close enrollments
- Maintain lead data and update CRM regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
- Draft and send professional emails for follow-ups, documentation, and communication
- Use AI tools (like ChatGPT or similar) to improve communication, follow-ups, and productivity
- Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with students
Requirements
- Good communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
- Email writing skills (clear, professional, and structured communication)
- Basic understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) for writing, follow-ups, and efficiency
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic Excel / CRM knowledge (good to have)
Eligibility
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience
- Any graduate (preferably from Commerce, Management, or IT background)
- Passion for counseling, sales, or career guidance
