Job Summary:
We are looking for a Purchase Executive with 1–3 years of experience in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely procurement as per project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle purchase and procurement of construction materials.
Source and coordinate with vendors/suppliers.
Negotiate prices, quotations, and payment terms.
Prepare and manage purchase orders and related documentation.
Coordinate with site/project teams for material requirements and timely delivery.
Maintain vendor records and purchase data.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in construction.
Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15 days preferred.
