Key Responsibilities
- Global Market Expansion: Identify, target, and secure B2B buyers and importers worldwide for diverse product categories (Agri-products, Textiles, Industrial Goods, etc.).
- End-to-End Deal Structuring: Lead international trade negotiations, manage commercial inquiries, and structure profitable export/import contracts.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture a high-value pipeline of international corporate clients, distributors, and buying agents.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our internal procurement and logistics operations teams to align supply capabilities with your buyers' specifications.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of global trade trends, tariff changes, and emerging market demands to pivot trading focus toward the highest-margin opportunities.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven success in international sales, B2B business development, or global commodity trading.
- The "Trader" Mindset: A strong understanding of international trade dynamics, Incoterms, and payment terms (L/C, T/T).
- The Rolodex: A ready-to-tap network of global buyers, importers, or distributors in at least one major industry sector (e.g., textiles, agricultural commodities, chemicals, or manufactured goods) is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills. Fluency in multiple languages is a massive advantage.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (equivalent hands-on trading experience matters more to us than a piece of paper).
