We are looking for a experienced r Sheet Metal Fabrication Manager to lead fabrication operations for electrical panel enclosures including LT/HT panels, busbar chambers, kiosks, and compact substations.
This role requires strong production leadership + hands-on fabrication expertise + team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 10–20 fabrication workers
- Oversee fabrication of panel enclosures, CRCA/MS structures, kiosks, and sheet metal assemblies
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timelines are met
- Interpret engineering drawings and coordinate with design & electrical teams
- Handle machine operations: CNC bending, shearing, punching, welding
- Maintain shop floor discipline, safety, and process optimization
- Ensure compliance with industrial standards (IEC panel requirements)
Requirements
- 2 min-years experience in sheet metal fabrication (electrical panel industry preferred)
- Mechanical Engineer
- Strong knowledge of panel structures (PCC, MCC, HT panels, enclosures)
- Proven experience in team handling and production planning
- Ability to manage end-to-end fabrication workflow
