Sales Telecaller
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, generating leads, handling follow-ups, and supporting sales activities.
Key Responsibilities: Make outbound and attend inbound customer calls
- Explain company products/services professionally
- Generate and maintain customer leads
- Follow up with interested clients regularly
- Maintain daily call and sales reports
- Coordinate with the sales team for business growth
Required Skills: Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and teamwork ability
- Telecalling or sales experience will be an added advantage
