Sr. Account Executive
Work Experience: 5 - 8 Years
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field
- MBA (preferred but not mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients in assigned territory/segment
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and contracts
- Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Monitor order status, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with clients
- Track sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and forecasts
- Collaborate with finance team for payment follow-ups and credit management
- Conduct regular client visits and business reviews
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and products
- Negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Commercial awareness and business acumen
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
