Key Accountabilities
- Establishment of the product’s standard cost with updated BOM and Resource cost.
- Ensure correct cost of Inventory (RM, FG, WIP & MRO) and Inventory control.
- Proper registration of production and warehouse transactions in booking records.
- Update and control of Material Price with Material consumption %.
- Segregation and preparation of COST based on Process, Product and Customer (PPC).
- Support to preparation for Budget, Quarterly Forecast, Monthly Forecast and long-term plan.
- Analysis of each department cost, Transformation cost and present to each
- Department and management.
- Preparation for Financial statement.
Required Academic and Experience
CA/CMA with 3-7 years Specialized experience in Cost accounting (standard costing, absorption costing).
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Accounting.
- Chart of Accounts.
- Process costing.
- Variance analysis & Inventory management.
- Budgeting & forecasting.
- Preparation of financial statement.
- Good amount of working knowledge in MS office.
