Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Accounts Manager with strong expertise in GST, TDS, manufacturing accounting, and financial management. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing complete accounting operations, compliance, team management, and reporting directly to the CFO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations and financial activities
- Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-2, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9)
- Handle TDS filing, returns, and statutory compliance
- Oversee cash handling and fund management
- Manage payroll processing and employee salary structure
- Supervise and lead the accounts team
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations
- Handle accounts payable & receivable
- Prepare financial statements and MIS reports
- Manage inventory and cost accounting in manufacturing
- Handle import & export documentation and accounting
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and audit requirements
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal departments
- Report directly to the CFO on financial performance and compliance
Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in accounting
- Strong knowledge of GST (GSTR-1, 2, 3B, 9) and TDS
- Experience in manufacturing industry is mandatory
- Knowledge of import & export accounting
- Experience in team handling and leadership
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
Qualification:
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Relevant degree

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
