Position: Junior HR Executive
Department: Human Resources (HR)
Location: Prahalad Nagar Ahmedabad
Reporting To: HR Manager
Job Summary
The Junior HR Executive will support the Human Resources department in recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, employee record maintenance, and statutory compliance activities. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other joining documents.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction activities.
Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Update employee database and HRMS records.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of employee-related documents.
Attendance & Payroll Support
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and shift records.
- Prepare attendance reports for payroll processing.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for salary-related data.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Assist in implementing company policies and disciplinary procedures.
Compliance & Administration
- Assist in maintaining statutory compliance records (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, etc.).
- Support audits and inspections by maintaining required documentation.
- Coordinate with various departments for HR-related activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of payroll, PF, ESIC, and labor laws.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or administration.
- Freshers with relevant HR knowledge may also apply.
Salary
- As per company standards and candidate experience.
