Job Title: NON - IT Recruiter
Working Days: 5 Days On-site + 1 Day Remote
Timing: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Salary: ₹10,000 per month + Incentives
Salary Growth: After 3 months, salary can be revised up to ₹15,000 based on performance

Job Description:
● Call candidates and explain job openings clearly.
● Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
● Post job requirements on job portals and other platforms.
● Maintain candidate data, daily work reports, and hiring updates.
● Coordinate with the team for recruitment and interview management.
● Learn end-to-end recruitment activities with proper training and support.
● Work on candidate screening, shortlisting, calling, and data management.
Requirements:
● Freshers can apply.
● Candidate must be fluent in English.
● Minimum 12th pass candidates are eligible.
● Candidate should not be pursuing regular college.
● Candidate should not have any upcoming exams that may affect attendance.
● Candidate must be comfortable with on-site work in Kanpur.
● Own laptop is mandatory for the remote working day.
● Candidate should be active, responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
